My parents owned a horse farm in the mountains of North Carolina. They also raised, trained and showed AKC Champion Beagles. My entire early years, involved the daily raising, training and showing; of both horses and dogs. This knowledge of breeding was instilled in me. It’s what I know and what I do best. I have many years of experience.

Having this knowledge of breeding, I strive for superior quality,  in all of the breeds that I raise. I choose only puppies that are the “best of the best,”  (in Pedigree and health),  to become my “ future parent dogs.” They are raised and trained by me beginning at 8 weeks of age. I know everything about their health, temperaments and personalities. They are also a part of my family life. My dogs are all very loved and spoiled.

MY PUPPIES 

I hand deliver each one. I remove them from the birthing sack, I cut the cord, and I aspirate them to remove any fluid from their lungs. I am a “ hands on” breeder. There are too many risks involved allowing a Mother dog to do this on her own. It takes about an hour,  for labor and delivery of each puppy. If the Mom has 8 puppies to deliver, then I am on that nursery room floor for 8 hours, right beside her.  The first 2 weeks of a puppy’s life are crucial. So many things can go wrong, Mom can lay on them and smother them by accident, they can get fading puppy syndrome etc. During those 2 weeks I don’t sleep much, I am up every 2-3 hours checking on them. This is just a few of the many things I do, from birth, until I place that puppy in your arms. You can be assured, that your puppy has received the best professional care, during the first 8 weeks of its life.
